Product Details

The same edible glue from Little Hunnys Cakery that you know and love, now in a squeeze bottle with a precision tip. Perfect for getting into little crevices without having to reach for a paintbrush. Weight: 2oz. Edible Glue is made ready-to-use, no mixing required. This product is food safe, edible, vegan, and gluten free. This product is so versatile, you can adhere fondant, edible images, lace pieces, gumpaste decorations, royal icing transfers, and small fondant pieces to fondant, chocolate, and a crusting buttercream! You can also use the edible glue to glue fondant to a cake board. This edible glue dries clear and is flavorless. This is great for gluing while making gumpaste flowers. (I use it for everything cake related) This edible glue will work on any edible medium. Made exclusively by Little Hunnys Cakery in Escondido, CA. Best if used within 2 years (this is not an expiration date) You may keep at room temperature, no need to refrigerate. Make sure to keep the lid on the glue when not in use to prevent the glue drying inside of the precision tip. If glue does dry inside of precision tip, insert a clean, sterile needle inside the tip to dislodge dried glue. You may also soak entire lid in warm water prior to inserting needle. Ingredients: Food grade Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose Gum, Maltodextrin, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Gum Arabic, Propylene Glycol, Triacetin

DIRECTIONS: Apply a tiny squeeze of the edible glue to what you're trying to glue. You may need to hold in place for a few seconds. Remember- a little goes a long way. Too much edible glue will make your project slippery and will take longer to dry. You may also put a few dots of glue from the bottle and spread thinly with a paint brush if desired. This method is recommended when gluing an edible image from an icing sheet or wafer paper to a cake or to fondant. Always spread a thin layer of edible glue on your project first, and then adhere the edible image. For example, if you're gluing an edible image to fondant, spread the glue on the fondant first. Make sure the entire area of the fondant has a thin layer of glue. If any areas are missed, an air bubble can occur under the edible image where there is no glue present. If you're adding an edible image directly to a cake, an icing sheet is preferred over using wafer paper. Use a crusting buttercream (such as ABC-American buttercream) Spread a thin layer of edible glue with a clean wide paint brush on a cold, crusted buttercream surface. Then adhere your edible image.

Heavy decor may need to be held for several seconds before it stays in place. Always use a smaller amount of glue first. More can always be added. If too much is added, you can wipe off with a clean paper towel, napkin, or a clean paintbrush.
